APT - Adaptive Performance Talent is a recruiting platform based in Zurich, Switzerland. We operate the website at this domain and the CognitiveEdge Assessment platform.

Website visitors
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for technical operation and security. It is not shared with third parties and is deleted after 30 days.
Candidates in the APT network
To participate in the APT network and complete the CognitiveEdge Assessment, candidates provide:
- Contact information (name, email, professional profile)
- CognitiveEdge Assessment responses - this data describes cognitive style and working preferences. It does not include medical or diagnostic information. No health data is collected.
- Career history and professional context, provided voluntarily
This data is collected on the basis of explicit, granular consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Candidate data is yours. You control what is shared, with whom, and when. Your cognitive profile is never shared with a company without your explicit prior agreement for that specific mandate.
Companies using APT's services
We collect contact details and information about open mandates necessary to provide the matching service. This data is processed on the basis of contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Data storage and security
All personal data is stored within the European Economic Area. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
